AXIACI One – Terms of Service

Welcome to AXIACI One, a licensed or/and digital subscription product provided by LEVERAGE Global Consulting, LLC, AXIACI LLC and subsidiaries (“LEVERAGE”, "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to or using AXIACI One ("Service"), you ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a licensed or/and digital subscription to AXIACI One, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or notices referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Licensed, Subscription, and Payment

• Licensed: AXIACI One is offered for multiple user licenses on an annual subscription basis, payable in advance. The subscription term begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled.
• Annual Subscription: AXIACI One is offered on an annual subscription basis, payable in advance. The subscription term begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled.
• Billing: Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the annual subscription fee to your chosen payment method. Please note, ACH payments could require 3-4 business days for the payment to be processed before you are provided access. No refunds on any purchase.
• Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be billed to your payment method on file at the then-current rate of the products purchased.

Access and Use of Content

• Online-Only Access: All content provided through AXIACI One is available exclusively online. No offline access is provided unless explicitly stated.
• User Licensed / Subscription: You are not authorized to share your user license or/and subscription with other individual(s) or/and within an organization without prior written permission from LEVERAGE.
• Restrictions on Use: You may not download, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the copyrighted materials provided through the Service without prior written permission from LEVERAGE.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content provided through AXIACI One, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of LEVERAGE and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Trademarks: The LEVERAGE, AXIACI, AXIACI One name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of LEVERAGE. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others.
• Use the Service to infringe on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
• Termination by Us: LEVERAGE reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in unauthorized activities.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service. LEVERAGE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEVERAGE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Terms

LEVERAGE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
